  • Once you receive your arrangement: Place in a cool space away from direct sunlight.

  • While enjoying your arrangement: Fresh water is key to a long lasting arrangement! Every day you should change the water in the arrangement, simply by pouring out dirty water and replacing it with cool clean water to the top of the vase. (If your arrangement is in floral foam, make sure to add water daily)

Refund Policy

Ultimately, our goal is for our clients to have complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service or design, please contact us. We will either redeliver a new arrangement or refund you, provided you have taken good care to keep your arrangement filled with fresh, clean water and out of direct heat and light. While we source fresh product daily, certain flowers have a shorter shelf life than others. We promise to do our best to only use the freshest flowers in our arrangements and to provide, to the best of our ability, beautifully crafted designs. That being said, flowers are perishable and should be cared for with love and attention. Your flowers should last 5-10 days depending on the varietal and how much love you give them.
